Local experience, to best close the deal.
With an understanding of the Texas real estate industry that can only be achieved through years of local experience, the attorneys at Uhl Fitzsimons know what it takes to close the deal. Whether it’s supporting the in-house development team of a national company or representing local developers, investors and landowners, our goal is to implement the real estate objectives of our clients through creative and cost-effective legal representation.
Our commercial real estate practice encompasses a broad range of matters, from site acquisition, disposition, and development (including drafting and negotiating reciprocal development agreements, easement agreements, utility service agreements, and covenants, conditions and restrictions), to commercial and agricultural real estate financing (including farming, timber and dairy loans), and complex retail, industrial, office and ground leasing.
Through our in-depth knowledge of local, state and federal conservation laws and programs we have also developed an expertise in drafting and negotiating conservation easements. Our attorneys have represented landowners and land trusts in the sale and donation of conservation easements throughout Texas resulting in the protection in perpetuity of over 80,000 acres for agricultural, open space, wildlife and water conservation purposes.
