The law firm of Uhl, Fitzsimons, Jewett & Burton, PLLC, is pleased to announce that Ezra A. Johnson has been named as a partner of the firm. Mr. Johnson, previously an associate of the firm, will continue to assist clients in matters relating to landowner rights and the development, marketing and sale of mineral assets in South Texas (and beyond), including mineral leases, surface use agreements, deeds, pooling agreements, pipeline agreements, disposal agreements, and sales agreements. Mr. Johnson will also continue to work with partners Joseph Fitzsimons and Trace Burton to develop the firm’s burgeoning litigation practice in mineral title disputes and deed/lease interpretation cases.
