Robert Park and F. Parks Brown have been recognized in the Rising Stars 2021 issue of Texas Super Lawyers Magazine as 2021 Texas Rising Stars in Energy and Natural Resources Law.  This is Parks Brown’s fourth year to be recognized as a Rising Star.  This is Robert Park’s eighth consecutive year as a Rising Star. Nominated by other attorneys, this honor is reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in their practice specialty.
Parks Brown published an article with the Section Report for the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the Texas State Bar on the topic of “Solar Leasing from the Landowner’s Perspective.”  The Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas publishes a quarterly Section Report for all Section members.
