Robert Park will be speaking at the Boundaries and Easements seminar hosted by HalfMoon Education, Inc. on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Hilton San Antonio Airport Hotel, 611 NW Loop 410 on the topic of Understanding Riparian and Water Rights. Robert will discuss the history and development of riparian rights, how land boundaries are determined near a water line, access rights to surface water and groundwater, and complying with regulations restricting access to and use of surface water and groundwater.
Partner J. Byron “Trace” Burton, III has been appointed to the Nueces River Authority Board of Directors by Governor Greg Abbott. The Authority administers the control, employment, and conservation of the waters of the Nueces River Basin, forestation and reforestation, groundwater, storm water, floodwater, water quality control, solid waste, and parks and recreational facilities. Trace’s term will be for three years, expiring on February 1, 2019.
