Biography
Cole was raised on his family’s ranch outside of Del Rio, Texas, where his family has been raising sheep and goats for generations. Growing up in a ranching family instilled a strong work ethic, as well as a deep love for hunting, fishing, and the attachment ranchers have with the lands that they steward.
Cole earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in Industrial Distribution and his law degree at Southern Methodist University. There, he focused on oil and gas law and student government, serving as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
Following law school Cole spent several years in Dallas practicing construction litigation, before returning with his wife, Jordan to San Antonio to be closer to family and the ranch.
