Harry Wolff, Jr., advises clients on a wide range of estate, tax, trust, and business matters, including:  preparation of wills, trust agreements, and other estate planning and incapacity planning documents for individual clients; asset protection issues, including the creation of limited liability entities, marital agreements, partition agreements, and the creation of spendthrift trusts; wealth transfer planning, including federal estate and gift tax planning, planning for succession of family owned businesses, charitable planning, and retirement benefit planning; representation of corporate and individual executors in all areas of probate, estate, and trust administration, including preparation of federal estate tax returns; formation and structure of limited liability entities; disputes concerning federal transfer taxes; and formation and governance issues for nonprofits.
