Biography
Tyler represents landowners and mineral owners for all real property matters, including the negotiation of pipeline and transmission easements, surface use agreements, carbon sequestration agreements, and surface and mineral conveyances. Her practice also includes estate, tax, trust, business, and farm and ranch matters.
Raised in a ranching family in Del Rio, Texas, Tyler received her bachelor’s degrees at Texas A&M University and her law degree at Texas Tech University School of Law where she served on the Executive Board of the Texas Tech Law Review. Prior to law school, Tyler worked in the Texas Senate and the Texas House of Representatives on water, agricultural, and natural resources legislation. Tyler and her husband, Craig, live and ranch in West Texas with their families.
